Refund Policy 

12.1 Digital Services (Photo Shoots, Video Shoots, Marketing, Advertising)

All sales of digital services are non-refundable once the service has been booked, delivered, or partially performed. This includes but is not limited to:

 

• Photoshoots
• Video shoots
• Editing services
• Advertising or marketing campaigns

 

 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be considered for rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

12.2 Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Content)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

12.3 Physical Products (Apparel, Accessories, Merch)

You may request a refund or exchange for eligible physical products within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

 

• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

 

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
